Meadowbrook College, Oxford

KJ Tait were appointed by Galliford Try to carry out an assessment of the daylight available to a new AP (Alternative Provision) Academy proposed in Oxford.

KJ Tait were commissioned to carry out this study into the available daylight surrounding the proposed development to provide comfort as to the available level of daylight and sunlight within the external areas of the scheme, and to assess the impact on existing surrounding residential properties, including the care home located adjacent.

Gravelly Industrial Park, Unit 38

This is a new build warehouse with office block and a total development area of 290,000 ft².

Magna Park, Lutterworth

This project involved the refurbishment of a 377,000ft² former Argos distribution warehouse to suit incoming Tenant requirements.

Hannah Close, Neasden

This is a 180,000 ft² warehouse with office facilities located near Wembley Stadium in London.

Ediston Retail Parks

KJ Tait have worked with Ediston Real Estate on a number of retail parks in the last 10 years.

Churchill Square, Brighton

Churchill Square is a major shopping centre in the heart of Brighton. As well as procuring and managing the facilities management contracts for the Centre, KJ Tait has provided MEP design consultancy services for the phased remodelling of the centre.

Sumner House, The Drive, Sevenoaks

A new build house for a private Client, this project comprised a 4-bedroom house over 4 floors including basement, ground, with a total floor area of 430m².
