Our key focus is to always deliver an excellent service to our Clients. This was one of the founding principles of our business and we have continued to deliver successful high quality projects for over 40 years.

Year on year, the majority of our projects or commissions are through repeat business or referrals.

The Company has developed from an Engineering Design Consultancy to include a Facilities Management service. This service evolved with our established Clients to ensure design schemes operate correctly.

In the past 10 years we have developed a dedicated Energy Team as it is clear that low energy and low carbon design is an integral part of all projects.

We operate as a single business over all our offices and are currently working on a much closer collaboration of our three key services to “Close the Performance Gap” by:

Ensuring buildings operate as designed
Ensuring energy design targets are met in-use
Ensuring energy efficient design is included in all projects ranging from plant replacement to major building projects.

In order to deliver an excellent service, we have invested in delivering specialist support services which include:

Employment of an in-house BREEAM Assessor.
Investment in IES modelling software and other specialist software which provides us with the tools to accurately design low energy and passive design into our design proposals. The software allows us to estimate costs in use, to demonstrate compliance and how a zero-carbon development can be delivered.
Upskill of our Energy Team to include accredited NABERS Assessors, Performance in Use and Passive House Assessors.
Investment in Revit software to develop our designs in 3D and improve coordination of engineering services.
Investment in OneClick software to measure embodied carbon and to assess the impact of changes for compliance and whole life carbon purposes.

We have also invested in all our staff to give them the skills to provide a high quality service to our Clients, be successful and make a difference.
