The WiredScore assessment and accreditation covers four areas of Office SmartScore, Office Development, Office Occupied and Home.
Smartscore is an area of accreditation available through WiredScore which focuses on User functionality and technological foundation, championing cutting-edge technology in real estate. Providing a global standard, SmartScore identifies best in class smart buildings that deliver an exceptional User experience, drive cost efficiency, meet high standards of sustainability and are fully future-proof.
KJ Tait are one of a small number of WiredScore accredited Partners in the UK and as such, one of the engineering specialisms we offer is WiredScore assessment services via our qualified Accredited Professionals (APs). Our AP Engineers provide early stage review and input to building design to enable achievable WiredScore design targets to be agreed at the concept stages of design. We then manage the process through the design stages to completion and accreditation.
