Mercers’ Yard, Covent Garden

The Mercers’ Company, a City of London Livery Company established by Royal Charter in 1394, commissioned KJ Tait Engineers to undertake the services design for a complex £22M mixed-use development in Covent Garden.

Clay Farm Community Centre, Cambridge

KJ Tait provided all the engineering design services for these projects to suit the distillation environment with due regard to areas being DESA explosive environments.

The Welsh Chapel, London

This project is the conversion of a Grade II listed Chapel on Shaftesbury Avenue into a new centre for performance art.
