This project involved a bespoke fit-out of the 6th floor, the top floor, of 1 Tudor Street for the World Bank Group.
The fit-out placed a strong emphasis on wellbeing with customised furniture and suspended troughs for plants and comprised 10,000ft2 to accommodate up to 56 staff.
The works included the full replacement of the electrical installation and the re-use and refurbishment of the base build air conditioning system.
KJ Tait’s role in the project included carrying out the design services and the BREEAM Fit-out Assessment. We provided support to our Client in relation to issues arising with the base build scheme which has resulted in the Landlord instructing required remedial work.
This was a successful and well received project where a constructive lessons learned exercise was carried out on completion.
