In the last few years, there has been a significant increase in demand for warehouses for storage and distribution. We have worked for a number of Clients looking to either refurbish to modern standards or demolish and rebuild warehouse buildings.
Our role
Our role typically involves the base build design works of CAT A office spaces and shell warehouse space with utilities infrastructure to suit anticipated fit-out.

All warehouses are designed with a view to improving energy efficiency. Existing warehouses have poor EPC ratings and the refurbishment projects have a key focus on works required to achieve an EPC B rating.

Warehouses lend themselves to accommodate extensive PV cells on the roof which form part of our design services as well as external lighting assessments and BREEAM assessments.
