With the increased focus on low and zero carbon buildings, this is now a major focus for warehouse buildings too.
This poses particular challenges due to the heating of large volume warehouses where gas fired radiant or air heating is the normal form of heating.
We are looking at fabric upgrades to avoid the need for warehouse heating, cladding systems which pre-heat incoming air and a low temperature radiant system which is compatible with heat pumps.
