We are approaching the end of our Masterplan of work for the Mercers’ Company at their Home Estate in the City of London.
Work on the £26M office and retail development at 4a & 4b Frederick’s Place is now well underway and due for completion in January 2024.
MEP packages have just been procured by Knight Harwood and we will have a mock-up of the exposed services section on site under the second floor slab by the start of next year. A bit of a different look than the City of London is used to!
It is not very often you can say you have been involved in a whole city block regeneration. We started work in 2014 and completed Phase 1 for Nos 1-3 and 7, 8 & 35 in 2020.
To complete our involvement at Frederick’s Place we have now been appointed on the £6.5M townhouse refurbishment at No 4. This will complete in tandem with 4a & 4b in January 2024.
