KJ Tait have recently been appointed on a large mixed use development in Central London.

This scheme includes bars, restaurants and retailers on the lower floors and the proposal is to convert the upper floor offices for laboratory usage.

Laboratories are highly serviced with higher ventilation rates and increased plant required.  The challenge for this project will be to develop a services strategy that can apply to all areas being refurbished whilst not disturbing existing building Tenants.
