KJ Tait were appointed by Cruden Homes to provide a daylight impact assessment in support of the planning application for the proposed residential development at Salamander Yards in Edinburgh. The development will provide 96 new homes and new small commercial spaces within Salamander Street.
Our Daylighting Team assessed the impact of the proposed development on the available daylight to adjacent residential properties and gardens together with advising on internal daylight requirements for the new accommodation.
