We have worked on many science and research projects, including bespoke facilities to meet specific Client needs and speculative developments for multi-tenant occupation, including start-up incubators, grow-on space and established R&D companies.

Our role
We work on projects of all scales, from small scale retrofits, through critical plant replacement to £100m+ new build and refurbishment developments and have worked on multiple projects across the Golden Triangle of Cambridge, Oxford & London.  As well as designing MEP services for bespoke owner-occupied Science facilities, our expertise has extended to repurposing and redeveloping city centre sites for laboratory use to meet the growing demand for speculative, flexible laboratory space.
