Plot A is a proposed 10,000m2 mixed use development of lab ready offices and retail located in Camden, London.

One Trinity Gardens, Newcastle

KJ Tait are responsible for ensuring the abrdn office portfolio can meet the expected reinforcement of the MEES standard to ‘B’ by 2030. At One Trinity Gardens in Newcastle, the building is currently a ‘D’ rated EPC.

85-89 Colmore Row, Birmingham

85-89 Colmore Row is a multi-let office in Birmingham built in 1869. The building is currently served via a fan coil system with gas fired boilers and a chiller that are both considered to be beyond their economic life.

200 Berkshire Place, Reading

200 Berkshire is a multi-let office building located in Reading. KJ Tait were instructed to complete an EPC Assessment of the building and establish a pathway to obtain an EPC ‘B’ before June 2022 when the new Part L 2021 came into force.

42 Wigmore Street, London

KJ Tait was responsible for the design and modelling of the refurbishment of 30 Semple Street under the NABERS Design for Performance framework at RIBA Stage 4.

28 St Andrew Square, Edinburgh

KJ Tait is currently working to the NABERS Design for Performance framework for a refurbishment and new build project in Edinburgh city centre. Constructed in 1898, 28 St Andrew Square is a Category A listed building within the Edinburgh World Heritage Site Boundary.

Gravelly Industrial Park, Unit 38

KJ Tait were appointed by Aberdeen Standard Investments as BREEAM Assessors on this new build warehouse and office block comprising a total development area of 290,000 ft².

1 Tudor Street, London

KJ Tait provided BREEAM consultancy services on this 10,000ft2 fit-out project of the 6th floor for the World Bank Group and International Finance Corporation.
