These surgeries were two new build developments for Hackney Council. KJ Tait were involved up to Stage 4 only, with Stage 5 being undertaken by the appointed Contractor and their own design team.
Victoria House is located within the heart of the Knowledge Quarter in London. The project is aimed at addressing the shortfall in flexible laboratory enabled and incubator accommodation.
KJ Tait have been involved in the redevelopment of 1-7 Harley Street for the Howard de Walden Estate since 2019 when we assisted with the successful planning application for the property.
