KJ Tait

Science & Technology

KJ Tait have extensive experience in specialist science and research developments going back at least 20 years.

We work on science projects throughout the UK and developed our experience working on new build and refurbishment projects for laboratory or science Clients in Cambridge. We have worked with, and continue to work with, the University of Cambridge, Cambridge Science Park, Granta Park and the Cambridge Biomedical Campus.
Our role
In recent years our expertise has extended to looking at opportunities and the feasibility of refurbishing existing city centre buildings for laboratory use. In response to the Government’s drive to make the UK a world leader in Science and Technology, there has been a significant increase in start-up research companies, and established Science and Technology companies looking to locate in the Oxford/ Cambridge/London triangle, sometimes referred to as the Golden Triangle.
