Our role
Our principal input is in alterations to suit new Tenants. In recent years, there has been a shift from a demand for large stores to medium stores which has required redesign of services infrastructure to suit.
We also work with retail Clients to provide condition surveys and dilapidations reports which may influence the future of stores.
