KJ Tait have considerable experience working on office projects throughout the UK. These projects include new build projects, refurbishment and fit-out projects. Our Clients include property investment companies, London Estates and building owners.
Our role
In office project design, our key objective is always the delivery of low energy design solutions and where possible, Net Zero Carbon principles. On all London projects we ensure compliance with the London Plan guidelines and with other relevant local authority guidelines on projects out with London.
