KJ Tait

Leisure & Hospitality

We are engaged on a wide range of leisure projects including hotel projects, hospitality venues and restaurant projects.
Our role
A large portion of hotel overheads is energy costs and therefore it is extremely important to design energy efficient engineering systems. We are finding that low carbon design has become a key objective for hotel operators in all their projects.

Hotel work requires careful liaison with the Architect and Interior Designer to conceal services distribution and ensure the desired lighting concept is delivered.

Restaurant projects can require complex filtration systems to be installed. It is important to understand the range of cooking when designing the ventilation system with charcoal and wood fired pizza ovens having particularly complex requirements.
