Stuart Moore

Stuart is a Director at KJ Tait with over 25 years’ experience in building services engineering, working across both consultancy and M&E contracting environments. Since joining the business in 2008, he has played a key role in delivering projects throughout the UK and was appointed Director in 2024. Based in Glasgow, Stuart brings a broad sector experience with a particular strength in both Science & Technology and Education projects, alongside wider commercial and refurbishment schemes.

Stuart leads the electrical design on major projects and is responsible for the overall management and coordination of the MEP discipline from concept through to completion. He works closely with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure that projects are delivered in line with programme, quality, and performance expectations, combining technical rigour with a practical understanding of construction delivery.

Stuart studied at the University of Strathclyde and is an active member of a number of industry bodies including the IET, CIBSE and BCO. Stuart is also committed to supporting the next generation of engineers, acting as a mentor to emerging building services professionals within the industry.
