This project involved the fit-out the fit-out of the 6,000ft2 garden suite at 10 Eastbourne Terrace, London to provide a 24/7 clinic offering consulting, treatment and diagnostic facilities.
The facility, a contemporary clinic that balances 5 star luxury within a professional medical environment, includes emergency dental, eye and trauma care as well as general GP services including physiotherapy and mental health support services.
This project presented KJ Tait with the challenge of incorporating a highly serviced Healthcare facility in an existing office development. The base build system was re-used where possible and supplemented by new plant and services to provide compliant servicing of the clinical areas.
