Marble Arch Place is an impressive mixed-use development consisting of 18-storey residential tower and a 7-storey commercial office building.
KJ Tait provided support to the Managing Agent through the post-completion phase of this development, including the procurement and mobilisation of the MEP Contracts. This included liaison with the Construction Team to ensure a smooth transition.
Our Facilities Team provide ongoing support to the Management Team on site through routine audits and operational assessments of the main plant and equipment. We also work closely with the specialist Maintenance Contractors to ensure an excellent service is provided to all occupants and residents.
