This is a 180,000ft2 warehouse with office facilities located near Wembley Stadium in London. The unit was originally a clothing distribution warehouse for a major retailer.
The project involved a full strip-out and refurbishment of the warehouse, office building and service yard to a suitable standard for a new lease and was completed in a tight 26 week timescale to meet business demands of the incoming Tenant.
The refurbishment and fit-out works were customised to suit the incoming Tenant’s requirements. The utility provision and life safety systems were retained and the Tenant fit-out included warehouse space heating and lighting.
The Tenant is subsequently in the process of installing significant electrical infrastructure works to provide a large volume of electric van chargers.
