We recently completed a CAT A office refurbishment of a historic warehouse building in Covent Garden for The Mercers’ Company. The building included retail shell and core space over ground and basement levels.
The second part of the scheme involved a separate bike store, shower and changing block for the Estate in the basement of an adjacent building with capacity for 80 cycles and 20 showers.
The whole building has been leased to the Conduit Club as the new Tenant. KJ Tait were also appointed for this CAT B fit-out which includes the retail unit conversion to a public restaurant and the expansion to a 120 person roof terrace.
