KJ Tait supported The Howard de Walden Estate to achieve a NABERS UK DfP Design Reviewed Target Rating of 4.5 Stars at 76–78 Portland Place.

Portico & Belfast Surgeries, Hackney

These surgeries were two new build developments for Hackney Council. KJ Tait were involved up to Stage 4 only, with Stage 5 being undertaken by the appointed Contractor and their own design team.

Stoneywood, Complex Care Passivhaus Development, Aberdeen

KJ Tait were part of the Design Team with MRT Architects for this Passivhaus project for a Complex Care development in the Stoneywood area of Aberdeen.
