The Usher Institute, Edinburgh BioQuarter

KJ Tait were commissioned by the University of Edinburgh to carry out the full design of the mechanical and electrical services for the new building for the Usher Institute at the Edinburgh BioQuarter.

Portico & Belfast Surgeries, Hackney

These surgeries were two new build developments for Hackney Council. KJ Tait were involved up to Stage 4 only, with Stage 5 being undertaken by the appointed Contractor and their own design team.

Stoneywood, Complex Care Passivhaus Development, Aberdeen

KJ Tait were part of the Design Team with MRT Architects for this Passivhaus project for a Complex Care development in the Stoneywood area of Aberdeen.
