There has been an increased interest from our Clients on projects achieving an Outstanding BREEAM rating.  We are currently targeting this on six projects.

This target has been set to allow our Clients to place a strong emphasise on the importance they are putting on the environmental and User wellbeing credentials of these projects.

There is an on-cost associated with achieving a BREEAM Outstanding rating and increased rigour is needed from the whole Project Team to ensure all available credits are realised.

We are gaining experience on the additional costs and are developing a detailed plan to advise Clients on how an Outstanding BREEAM rating can be achieved.
