This project involved the refurbishment of a 377,000ft2 former Argos distribution warehouse to suit incoming Tenant requirements.
Magna Park is one of Europe’s largest dedicated distribution parks covering an area of 500 acres of road warehousing and logistics premises.
The project included a mix of the installation of new loading doors and refurbished doors, 43 in total, and 8 level access doors. It also included a two level car deck which can provide parking for up to 568 cars.
