This project involved the refurbishment of a 5-storey listed townhouse in Marylebone. The works comprised the refurbishment of three studio type apartments and infrastructure works for a further five apartments. The refurbished project also involved the creation of offices at ground and basement levels.
The engineering services works included a full refurbishment of common areas, a new metering arrangement and a new fire alarm system. All plant and equipment were required to be concealed to suit the planning requirements.
