For the vast majority of our projects, our Design Teams use 3D models to accurately represent and coordinate M&E services. Being able to spatially coordinate building services with the other disciplines, for example the building structure, allows us to eliminate possible issues which could happen on site, even before the construction begins.
This not only helps with completing the construction on time but also minimises the amount of material wasted on site by eliminating unnecessary rework.
