The Cyprus Institute, New Research Building, Nicosia
We have recently been appointed on our first BREEAM International Assessment.
The Eastern Mediterranean & Middle East region (EMME) Climate and Atmosphere Research Centre (CARE) is part of the The Cyprus Institute and is located in Nicosia about 25km from the south coast of Cyprus.
The new research building will be fitted out by The Cyprus Institute and will include research areas, laboratories, write up areas and offices. This facility will ultimately focus on creating sustainable solutions to address societal challenges both in Cyprus and EMME. Its aim is to become the regional centre of excellence for environmental and climate change research.
The BREEAM Design Stage Assessment will complete in the next 3 months.
