Post pandemic, there is an increased interest from Property Developers in securing laboratory Tenants who, given that lab work cannot be conducted from home, offer a more secure, longer term lease opportunity.

Due to the increase in such projects, we are working on an ever increasing number of them which involve the retrofit of an office or other existing building for possible laboratory use.  We have subsequently developed a checklist of key points which can be used as a means of checking the suitability of a building for laboratory use.
