KJ Tait have been appointed through the CCS Framework for a new housing development for Aberdeen City Council, the Greenferns Landward project. This is a multi-phase development, the first phase comprising 140-160 new build social housing units, and a second phase which will include 190 private units.

This project is a follow up to another housing development for Aberdeen City Council located in Tillydrone.
