This project involved the design of two villas in the grounds of the Renaissance Golf Club in East Lothian. The villas sleep eight and comprise four large bedrooms and generous public spaces. They are designed for the high-end American golf market with a very high standard of finish and facilities.
The Villas are fully air conditioned with whole house ventilation provision. The design was based on meeting the high hot water heating demand.
We provided a fully detailed design for this project and designed the feature lighting to all areas. A number of light fittings were custom made for this project.
