This new build for Bracknell Forest Council is a two-storey development with community facilities, including a community hall, and GP staff rooms at ground floor with a GP surgery on the first floor.  The surgery comprises 8 consulting rooms and 5 treatment rooms including a minor procedures room.

Extensive thermal modelling was carried out including detailed overheating analysis to enable a low energy design to be adopted.  Maximum use will be made of openable windows to take advantage of its semi-rural location.

The scheme includes maximising the roof with PV panels.
