The need to implement Part L 2021 in Scotland

The National Calculation Methodology (NCM) for Section 6 2022 is out for use from December this year. This will reduce the carbon factor for grid electricity by circa 400%.

2022 RIBA Stirling Prize Winner

2022 RIBA Stirling Prize

KJ Tait are well represented in this year’s Stirling Prize, the UK’s premier award for architecture. We were involved in two of the six entries, namely Forth Valley College Falkirk Campus where we undertook the M&E design and Magdalene College Library in Cambridge where we were appointed as the Mechanical Designers.
