Healthcare - Thoughts
We often receive requests from potential Clients to design the engineering services to support Healthcare facilities in buildings in Marylebone or London’s West End, which are not necessarily suited to such projects.
This can be extremely challenging and requires us to work closely with the Healthcare provider to agree any compromises which may be needed due to restrictions in the building.
In some instances, the restrictions are sufficiently major for us to recommend that an alternative location needs to be found.
There is therefore a need to check the suitability of a building for Healthcare services prior to agreeing a rental deal.
