Commercial project of the year award

We’re proud to share that the 19–23 Charlotte Square project for Corran Properties & Fordell Estates has been awarded Commercial Project of the Year at The Herald Property Awards for Scotland 2025.

KJ Tait were delighted to be part of this high profile redevelopment, delivering full MEP design services and helping to reimagine a series of historic Georgian buildings into cutting-edge office environments.

We’re especially proud that all buildings achieved an EPC rating of A underscoring the project’s commitment to a low carbon solution, sustainable design, and the creation of a future-ready workplace that honours its historic context.
