Complex Care Project, Stoneywood, Aberdeen
KJ Tait have embarked on a new Passive House project, together with MRT Architects, for a Complex Care development in the Stoneywood area of Aberdeen. The scheme will include 8 semi-detached homes and staff offices.

Apache HVAC
Over the last two years we have invested heavily in training our Energy Engineers to use the IES programme Apache HVAC. This was originally so that we could offer the NABERS Design for Performance framework however we now use it as standard on all our CIBSE TM54 assessments required for BREEAM and the London Plan.

Scottish EPC Regulations
The new Scottish Building regulations (2022) are now in force. These regulations will have a knock on effect on existing buildings as all EPCs are required to be lodged using these regulations.
