Blackpool Multiversity
Blackpool Multiversity is a new £65M FE College in association with Blackpool Council, Blackpool and the Fylde College (B&FC) and Lancaster University. Currently in RIBA Stage 2 our involvement will be full MEP design to RIBA-4ii and the project BREEAM Assessor.
With Hawkins\Brown as the project lead, the Multiversity is Phase 4 of the transformation of Talbot Gateway which will enable Blackpool and the Fylde College Park Road Campus to relocate to the heart of Blackpool town centre and bring new life into the town.
The Campus is a unique solution to provide a cutting edge response to local, regional and national educational priorities. It will offer a high quality, technical and professional curriculum which will be co-created between local employers and Lancaster University. The world class learning facility will accommodate up to 3000 learners and support skills growth in Lancashire.
