We are targeting a Bespoke BREEAM Outstanding rating for 42 Wigmore Street in London. The refurbishment of the existing offices will be complemented with a new top storey. Careful passive design techniques and renewables, complete with excellent transport access, will help achieve the targets set by the Client.
Retaining the frame, much of the façade and floors has assisted in maximising the Whole Life Cycle potential, reducing the embodied carbon and incorporating circular economy principles.
