How We Work

We align design decisions to measurable outcomes from day one. Our teams use IES‑based modelling and TM54‑style operational assessments to set realistic targets, then plan commissioning and post‑occupancy checks so those targets are actually achieved. When a project completes, we compare predicted and metered performance, diagnose variances and feed lessons back into design. It is a continuous loop that improves results project by project.

Formed in 1973, we have grown as an independent, Director led practice that remains focused on practical engineering and long‑term client relationships. The constant is simple: design decisions must stand up technically, commercially and in operation.
