Inverness College Campus

The £50m, 20,000 m² campus is designed to provide a high-quality learning environment for Inverness College, which is the largest of the colleges in the Highlands and Islands, and the largest in the group of colleges and research institutions working together to form a university of the Highlands and Islands. The campus incorporates state-of-the-art facilities for 1,500 students delivering a wide range of subjects, including construction, engineering, leisure and creative Industries..

The campus will achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating and employs ’thin client’ ICT infrastructure, which is recognised as giving considerable sustainability benefits due to the reduced requirement for air conditioning and mechanical ventilation within the teaching spaces.

Sustainability is at the forefront of the design for Inverness College, helping the project to be on track for a BREEAM Excellent rating.
