Exchange Place 2 is located on the Semple Street elevation with gross floor area of 77,000 ft² over seven floors. The MEP specification is similar to Exchange Place 1 and again the building achieved BREEAM Very Good.
Exchange Place 3 is concave, sitting in-board off the main streets and framing the common courtyard. Gross floor area totals 40,000 ft² over four floors. The building is naturally ventilated using opening windows. The building achieved BREEAM Excellent.
The development is now almost fully tenanted, with fit-outs undertaken by KJ Tait Engineers, including Scott Moncrieff, Hymans Robertson, BlackRock, and i2.
