Edinburgh Technopole

Edinburgh Technopole is a 125 acre science park, jointly developed by Grosvenor Developments and University of Edinburgh. Forming part of the Edinburgh Science Triangle, along with Easter Bush and Pentland Science Park, Technopole provides flexible office and laboratory accommodation with around 100,000 ft² completed to date and some 400,000 ft² planned. KJ Tait Engineers undertook phased design and coordination of the utilities infrastructure for Edinburgh Technopole, including an innovative high-capacity broadband infrastructure.

In addition to utilities infrastructure, KJ Tait Engineers has provided full MEP design services for several new buildings, including Bush House, Charles Darwin House and Fleming Building.

Occupiers include Indigo Vision, Xilinx, Solid Form Solutions and Kendle.
